Hybrid Shinrinyoku

Based on the principles of outdoor forest therapy / shinrinyoku, hybrid forest therapy is an indoor version of forest therapy that brings nature immersion to an indoor space. It focuses on the research-based practices that make forests and nature so good for our bodies. I run hybrid sessions remotely and in a variety of indoor / semi-indoor locations throughout the world.

Corporate Shinrinyoku

Wellness, physicial health, productivity, concentration. These are all great reasons why businesses should incorporate the principles of forest therapy into the corporate office space.
